Who We Are
Suara Hutan Sumatra is a conservation organization based in North Sumatra, dedicated to protecting the forests, wildlife and communities of the Gunung Leuser ecosystem — one of the most biodiverse places on Earth and the last habitat where orangutans, tigers and elephants still coexist in the wild. Through field conservation, community education and advocacy, we work to ensure these forests survive for future generations.
